For a workspace problem
Include the browser you are using, the action you were taking, what you expected to happen and what actually happened. If relevant, export a copy of the project map after removing confidential information.
For an MCP connection problem
Include the AI client, the exact endpoint you entered and the exact error wording. Do not send access tokens, passwords, API keys or payment information.
Before reporting a missing impact
Check whether the relationship was recorded in the project map. RippleSignal follows explicit dependencies and supplementary text references; it cannot reliably discover a relationship that is absent from the supplied structure.
Local data
If you are moving to another browser or device, export the active project as JSON before leaving the current browser. RippleSignal does not automatically synchronise local workspace data between devices.
