Terms for using RippleSignal.

About the service
RippleSignal is operated by StartRight NG / STARTRIGHT NG BUSINESS VENTURES. It provides a local project workspace, deterministic change-impact analysis, consistency checks, update checklists, portable project-map exports and MCP tools for compatible AI clients.
Your project map matters
RippleSignal can only analyse information represented in or inferable from the supplied map. Relationships that were never recorded may not be detected. Users remain responsible for checking whether important dependencies are missing.
No automatic decision-making
RippleSignal deliberately identifies questions that may require human approval. It does not automatically decide whether a price should apply to existing customers, whether a policy should operate retrospectively or whether a critical feature should be removed.
Professional and high-stakes use
RippleSignal can assist with structured review but is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, engineering, safety, tax or other regulated professional advice. Material decisions should be independently verified and professionally reviewed where appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not use RippleSignal to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, defeat security controls, obtain unauthorised access or facilitate conduct you are not legally permitted to perform.
Third-party services
RippleSignal may be used with independent AI clients, MCP directories and hosting services. Those services have their own terms, privacy rules, limitations and availability. Compatibility does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Intellectual property
StartRight NG retains rights in the RippleSignal brand, original interface, methodology, workflow language and product materials to the extent protected by applicable law. Users retain responsibility for the content and project information they supply.
Availability
Features may be improved, modified, suspended or discontinued. Compatibility with every current or future AI client is not guaranteed.
